In pvp you can forget about the expertise cap and just get as much crit as possible. Reforge every item you can to make sure it has crit. Pvp items will have resilience and another stat. If the other stat is not crit, reforge it to crit. Strength is still the best stat, so gem and enchant for strength where possible.

Heroic Fury is your best friend! Heroic Fury should be used carefully as it has a 30 second cooldown, it is this brief freedom of movement that can take an enemy off guard and exposed. More or less you want to Hamstring your target and keep them in melee. Use Intercept when they escape, use Heroic Fury -> Intercept when they escape again, and try to use Heroic Leap if they escape again. Piercing Howl has more range than Hamstring and can be very useful. There are some talents that can be taken to help us in pvp such as Blood Craze in the Fury tree and Tactical Mastery in the Arms tree.

Hamstring and kill. Keep them close, and kill. Rotate your abilities around Bloodthirst. Prioritise Raging Blow, and vs plate Colossus Smash, but otherwise Bloodthirst is your main damage dealer. Vs Rogues make sure you keep Rend up. Vs all melee keep Thunderclap and Demoralising Shout up. Use Retaliation and Enraged Regeneration when you get low. Use your judgement when to switch to Defensive Stance to use Disarm. Save you Death Wish for Feral Druids and Recklessness for healers and as always, keep Battle Shout up.
